SHIPPING
Orders are processed between 2-4 business days. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. PICCOLA THE LABEL will contact you if additional information is needed for card verification or if any item goes out of stock unexpectedly. Some orders may be split into more than one package and shipped separate.
All orders placed on a Friday after 12 pm will not be processed until the following Monday. We operate Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST, except on Major Holidays. Pre Order sales will be shipped on the date announced in the product description. If for any reason the date of shipping changes customers will be notified via email.
After an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order and the different tracking options available for your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-15 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it's placed. Keeping in mind that this is just an estimate and it doesn't include weekends and holidays; your order will be shipped out from Bali, Indonesia.
PICCOLA THE LABEL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered; customers are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Customers placing orders for International shipping agree to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages subject to customs may take extra time to be delivered, please keep this in mind when trying to estimate a delivery date. PICCOLA THE LABEL is not responsible for these or any additional costs.
WRONG ADDRESS POLICY
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS... NOW WHAT?
We are sorry that this happened, and we have definitely been there. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your order to you ASAP!
However, we are asking you, the customer, to understand that every time we have to re-ship we end up losing money on the sale. Not just losing profit, but losing money. We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:
If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-us.
This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it! ♡
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for full-price items within 3 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Please email info@piccolathelabel.com and include:

-Email address the order was made with
Kindly note:
-The returned garment/s must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached. The garment/s have not been worn, damaged or washed. The original invoice should be included in package as proof of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning/administration fee or refuse the return if the garment is not in this condition.
-The customer is responsible for covering the full cost of returning the garment back to us (shipping, duty tax etc.).
-Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- accepts items in their original condition, meaning: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with hygiene protector and tags attached.
PiccolaTheLabel can not be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel.
-Any garment/s returned after the 3 days timeframe shall be rejected.
-After we have received your return package, your garment/s will go through our inspection. If your garment meets all the criteria, we will issue you your store credit of the order amount (minus any costs of the return that we have covered).
Orders returned to us without a return authorisation may face delays in processing. We reserve the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
PICCOLA THE LABEL guarantees that our merchandise is free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange; having in mind that all garments are handmade.
